Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license in California
- Experience supporting SLPs in a school setting
- Prior travel or contract experience preferred
- Commitment to upholding high standards of care and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to new environments and embrace diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in implementing individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver therapy services under supervision, both in classroom and pull-out settings
- Document student progress and provide regular reports to supervising clinicians
- Support IEP goals and participate in team meetings as needed
- Foster an encouraging, communicative environment for students
