- Proficiency in implementing therapy plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support IEP implementation and progress reporting
- Communicate effectively with teachers and family members, sharing progress and strategies
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of instructional materials for therapy sessions
- Monitor and document student progress toward speech and language goals
- Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative planning as needed
