Your primary focus will be working with an elementary caseload, delivering compassionate and evidence-based speech and language interventions. Key Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families
Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing therapy plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Supporting students’ communication needs in classroom and one-on-one settings
- Documenting progress and contributing to progress reports
- Assisting in screenings, assessments, and preparing therapy materials
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing staff development
