Qualifications:
- Possess an active Arizona SLPA license
- Hold a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and adapt to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized therapy plans created by supervising SLPs
- Provide direct speech and language services to PreK–8th grade students
- Document student progress, collect data, and assist with assessment procedures
- Participate in IEP meetings as required and maintain confidential records
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Support generalization of therapy goals across classroom settings
