An opportunity is now available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work with infants and toddlers requiring early intervention support, starting as soon as possible. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current SLPA license or eligibility for certification
  • Experience or strong interest in early intervention with infants and toddlers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, families, and related service professionals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
  • Enthusiasm for supporting children in early developmental milestones

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist in implementing therapy plans individualized for each child's needs
  • Provide family and caregiver coaching to encourage communication growth in natural environments
  • Document sessions, progress, and ongoing needs following required guidelines
  • Participate in meetings to discuss progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere for young learners and their loved ones
