Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Paradise, CA

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field; or AAS degree from an SLPA program
- California SLPA license in good standing
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt during high-stress or crisis situations
- Comfort traveling between multiple school buildings if required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services according to individual IEPs under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Foster open communication with students, families, and school personnel
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Offer services exclusively onsite—virtual services are not available for this position
