School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Osseo, Minnesota
Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and development in a supportive school environment in Anoka, MN. Two onsite, part-time positions are available, engaging with students at both the middle and elementary/high school levels. These contract roles are structured for the 2026-2027 school year, running Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. Your work will span Northdale Middle School (0.7 FTE) and Andover Elementary/High School, providing an excellent opportunity to collaborate with seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists and make a positive difference in diverse educational settings.
Key requirements:
- Current Minnesota SLPA license; pending applications are not eligible
- Demonstrated experience or education supporting school-aged children as an SLPA
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
- Ability to adapt services across middle, elementary, and high school caseloads
- Resume and PDF of active MN SLPA license with dual certification (required for consideration)
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language interventions under the supervision of certified SLPs
- Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist in progress monitoring, documentation, and communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students at varying grade levels
- Participate in meetings, staff development, and support collaboration between schools
