Desired Qualifications:
- Active MN SLPA license (required at time of interview; pending licenses not accepted)
- Dual certification (must be visible on license PDF)
- Previous school-based SLPA experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Coordinate and deliver services at Northdale Middle School (0.7 FTE) and Andover ES-HS
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document sessions according to school best practices
- Support IEP implementation and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
