Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active SLPA certification/license in California
- Experience working with a diverse student population preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites efficiently
Position Details:
- Location: Oakland, CA
- Contract position
- 32 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Supporting students from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Managing a caseload across various schools
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support to students identified with communication needs
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and educational staff to implement individualized goals
- Document and monitor student progress regularly
- Adapt strategies to meet the needs of students at different developmental stages
