Key Experience & Skills:
- Valid SLPA credentials and state licensure required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaborative settings
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and contribute to a positive learning environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with observation, data collection, and documentation to support student progress
- Contribute to developing and updating treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Engage with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative approach to student success
