Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid California licensure or eligibility for SLP (Clinical Fellowship Year and CCC considered) or SLPA
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
- Passion for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with K-12 students
- Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings
- Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans, and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state standards
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success and implement strategies in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
