School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Ceres, California

This contract-to-hire role is scheduled to begin for the 2026-2027 academic year and requires on-site service delivery.

As an integral member of the educational team, you will provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring, helping students build essential language, articulation, fluency, and social communication skills. Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current state licensure/certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA (as applicable)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
- Knowledge of best practices for working with K-12 students
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Skilled in conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and delivering individualized interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEP goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Foster positive relationships with students and school staff
