This full-time contract-to-hire opportunity begins in the 2026/2027 school year. You'll work on-site alongside dedicated educators and a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver effective, individualized care to children from kindergarten through high school.

A wide range of experiences is valued, and individuals at different points in their careers – from Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates to licensed SLPs and skilled SLPAs – are encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Appropriate California licensure or eligibility as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
  • Previous experience in K-12 settings is desirable, though not required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students K-12, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and fellow staff to support student achievement
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
