School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Oakdale, CA

You'll work on-site alongside dedicated educators and a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver effective, individualized care to children from kindergarten through high school.

Key Qualifications:
- Appropriate California licensure or eligibility as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Previous experience in K-12 settings is desirable, though not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students K-12, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and fellow staff to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
