School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - New Britain, CT

Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Connecticut SLPA license required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is essential
- Ability to provide district-required fingerprints and successfully pass background screening
- Preparedness to interview via Zoom
- Upfront licenses and completed credentials preferred; those fully credentialed will receive priority consideration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language therapy activities developed by supervising SLPs
- Support students with a variety of communication needs in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster students' progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services
- Monitor progress and assist with data collection as guided by licensed SLPs
