School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Nashua, New Hampshire

The assignment spans the academic year, starting August 24, 2026, and concluding June 17, 2027, serving a dynamic caseload of 2nd through 5th graders and supporting preschool students as needed in an ABA self-contained program.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New Hampshire SLPA licensure is required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary students
- Comfortable working with preschool-aged children when needed
- Experience supporting students in ABA or other specialized programs preferred
- Must complete district fingerprinting requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and work closely with supervising SLPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, direct speech-language services under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students in both elementary and preschool settings, as needed
- Implement individualized and group therapy activities in accordance with IEP goals
- Record detailed progress notes and assist with documentation
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate effectively with educators and support staff to foster student success
