Speech Therapy Assistant in Santa Clara, CA

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Valid SLPA license/certification, with eligibility to practice in a school setting
- Prior experience supporting speech-language pathology services in schools preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads, document sessions, and implement therapy plans effectively
- Reliable, professional, and organized approach to daily tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language intervention services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with supervising speech-language pathologist to track student progress
- Prepare materials, keep accurate records, and support the goals of the speech program
- Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Communicate with teachers and caregivers as needed to support student outcomes
