Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure

- Strong understanding of speech and language development
- Ability to implement therapy sessions and interventions under SLP supervision
- Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student growth
- Prior work in a healthcare or educational setting as an SLPA is a plus
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to elementary-aged students, following treatment plans established by the SLP
- Track and document student progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare materials and activities to support individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support generalization of therapy goals in the classroom
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation
- Maintain a positive, supportive environment aligned with school policies and culture
