Speech Language Pathologist
A supportive school district in Holland, IL is now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the 2026–2027 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students in an Adaptive Behavior Learning Environment (ABLE) program while collaborating with a dedicated special education team.
Position Details:
• Location: Holland, IL
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Schedule: Full-time | 32.5 hours per week | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Setting: ABLE (Adaptive Behavior Learning Environment) Program
• Caseload: K–12 students
• Position Type: School-Based Contract
Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
• Active Illinois SLP license and PEL (or eligibility) required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience working with students with behavioral and diverse learning needs is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
