- Valid SLPA license for the state of Texas
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred

- Excellent collaboration skills with SLPs, teachers, and other staff
- Organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently
- Positive attitude and commitment to ethical professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring support
- Collect data and document student progress on communication goals
- Prepare instructional materials for speech therapy sessions
- Support IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP
- Communicate insights and progress with supervising therapists and teachers
- Help maintain a safe, motivating, and inclusive learning environment
