Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings a plus
- Strong understanding of speech-language intervention techniques

What You’ll Do:
- Implement speech and language therapy activities under the direction of a licensed SLP
- Support individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs
- Document student progress, collecting data to inform ongoing therapy plans
- Assist with screenings and evaluations as needed
- Work with teachers and parents to reinforce language development strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
