ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and service recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
