Key Qualifications:
- Active, valid SLPA MA credential required
- Previous experience in schools or healthcare settings supporting pediatric clients
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language pathology assistant services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support classroom teachers and staff with strategies to enhance student communication
- Document service delivery, student progress, and compliance with IEP goals
- Engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Position Details:
- Full-time, contract role, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Elementary student caseload, serving approximately 30-40 students
- Start as soon as possible, with employment through June 2027
- Pay between $30 and $45 per hour, paid weekly
