School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Mansfield, Texas

As a valued SLPA, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct services and supporting speech-language goals for assigned students, collaborating closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and school professionals. Qualifications:
- Current Texas SLPA licensure required
- Previous experience in school settings as an SLPA strongly preferred
- Completion of required fingerprinting and drug screen before start date
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Track and document student progress in accordance with educational goals
- Support generalization of communication skills within classroom and school activities
- Communicate regularly with SLPs, educators, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
