Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA licensure is required.
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other educational team members.
- Strong time management skills and organizational abilities.
- Must be able to provide required credentialing documents, including fingerprints and results from a drug screen.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Support the implementation of individualized education program (IEP) goals within assigned campuses.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to speech-language programming across different school levels.
- Communicate compassionately with students, staff, and families.
