Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA license required
- Recent experience working in an educational or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to adapt to a diverse caseload across multiple age groups
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must provide current fingerprint clearance and pass a drug screening
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy interventions as developed by supervising SLPs
- Carry out individualized education program (IEP) objectives for assigned students
- Collect and document progress data accurately
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and other staff to support inclusive practices
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for students across all assigned campuses
Position Details:
- Contract term: September 1, 2026 – May 20, 2027
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with assignments at multiple schools (schedule prearranged)
- No mid-day transitions; stay at one campus per day
