Speech Therapy Assistant in Montgomery, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLPA license and eligibility to practice in the state
- Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff
- Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of IEP goals and therapy plans under direction of a supervising SLP
- Conduct individual or small group speech and language activities in accordance with assigned plans
- Accurately document student progress and maintain session notes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions as needed
- Communicate with caregivers and staff, providing updates and supporting generalization of therapy goals within the school setting
