Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience providing services within a school environment preferred

- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to create supportive learning environments
