- Completion of fingerprinting and background clearance per state and district guidelines; familiarity with the AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge process is a plus.
- Comfortable working at various school locations within the district.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language interventions as directed by supervising Speech Language Pathologists.
- Deliver services to students in both individual and small-group settings, adapting to diverse elementary and middle school needs.
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and state standards.
- Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support each student’s communication goals.
- Travel between assigned school campuses as needed within the Fort Myers area.
