Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license (required)
- Prior school-based SLPA experience preferred
- Fingerprinting in compliance with FL school district policies (support provided for transfers/clearances)
- Enthusiasm for working with caseloads up to 55 students, K-12
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech/language therapy services (no remote/VOCO work)
- Work full-time (up to 37.5 hrs/week) or part-time as available
- Support and execute individualized student treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists
- Maintain diligent, organized documentation to track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families across multiple elementary and middle schools in the area
