School-Based Speech Pathology Assistant | Lehigh Acres, Florida

Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule working two days per week—one day at a K-8 school and another at a high school—supporting a caseload of 50-55 students. Your hands-on expertise will contribute significantly to students’ growth in language and communication.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license required
- Previous school-based SLPA experience is preferred
- Ability to work on-site at two different campuses each week (virtual/remote is not available)
- Experience or willingness to support students across K-12 age ranges
- Familiarity with required credentialing, including fingerprinting through the AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge processes
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in carrying out therapy plans for a diverse student population
- Support students through direct and indirect services under supervision
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district policies
- Contribute to team meetings regarding student progress and needs
- Adapt to multiple school environments while upholding best practices in therapy sessions
