Qualifications:

  • Valid FL DOH SLPA license
  • School-based SLPA experience preferred
  • Ability to work on-site (virtual/remote not available)
  • Willingness to travel between assigned campuses in Fort Myers, FL
  • Must complete required fingerprinting/background process (transfers within Florida are possible)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language support to a caseload of 50–55 students
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to facilitate student progress
  • Document student performance and track goals in compliance with school and state standards
  • Deliver services at Hector A Cafferata Jr K-8 School and Riverdale High School (one day per site)
