School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lakewood, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure or certification, or eligibility in Washington State
- Experience working as a school-based SLPA or in pediatric speech therapy strongly preferred

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse learning needs
- Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLP
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and documentation related to student progress
- Prepare therapy materials tailored to individualized student goals
- Maintain accurate records and support data collection requirements
- Communicate with teachers, parents, and team members regarding interventions and outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and trainings as needed
