Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent coursework
- Valid state licensure/certification as an SLPA
- Previous experience supporting speech-language services in an educational or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow therapeutic plans and adapt activities to individual student needs
- Comfort working onsite in a school-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
- Assist with screening and assessment procedures as directed
- Prepare materials and collaborate with teaching staff to support student communication
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and related activities
