Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Irvine, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA credential/license required
- A minimum of three years' experience in a school-based setting
- Familiarity with K-12 or K-13 student populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic school settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the onsite Speech-Language Pathologist with implementing therapy plans and interventions
- Work directly with students to provide targeted speech and language support
- Track and document student progress accurately in accordance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ individualized goals
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain an engaging, positive therapy environment
