Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Monterey, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid California SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school-based or healthcare SLPA roles preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and support staff
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and a dedication to helping young learners succeed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy activities under the supervision of a credentialed SLP
- Support students in achieving their IEP communication goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as directed
- Help prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to student needs
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
