Elementary High School School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Immokalee, Florida

This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working with a diverse caseload in settings ranging from Pre K through high school. As an SLPA, you will collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists and educational teams to provide direct services and implement therapy plans, fostering student success in an engaging school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Education (DOE) certification as an SLPA
- Experience or strong interest in working with students from Pre K to high school
- Understanding of diverse communication needs and therapy techniques for different age groups
- Ability to follow therapy plans, record data, and communicate progress
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech-language pathology assistance under licensed supervision
- Work with elementary, middle, and high school students, including Pre K
- Implement individualized and group therapy sessions as outlined by supervising SLPs
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and session outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and relevant training
- Serve as a positive and proactive resource to students and staff
