Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure in New Hampshire required
- Prior experience working in schools, with an understanding of caseload management
- Comfortable servicing both elementary and preschool-aged students
- Familiarity with ABA self-contained programming preferred
- District fingerprint clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to participate in Zoom interviews during the hiring process
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language support to students in 2nd through 5th grade, with coverage for preschool students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to design effective communication interventions
- Document session notes and student progress efficiently and accurately
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual students’ needs within both general and special education settings
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in compliance with school district and state regulations
