Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of physical needs.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed.
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
