Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Current state licensure or eligibility for SLPA certification

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and parents
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy activities as directed by supervising speech-language pathologists
- Assist in screening, assessing, and documenting students’ progress toward their communication goals
- Support the development and execution of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records of sessions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insight regarding students’ progress
