Schedule: Part-time | 1 Day Per Week (Fridays only)
Hours: Direct therapy is typically scheduled from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, plus additional indirect time as needed for meetings, collaboration, and documentation.
Caseload & Responsibilities
Caseload Size: Very small, highly manageable caseload allowing for high-quality, individual focus.
Service Delivery: Provide direct speech and language therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Collaboration: Attend Friday morning meetings, sync with the supervising therapist, and touch base with educational staff or families regarding student progress.
Documentation: Maintain brief, accurate daily therapy notes and track progress toward student goals.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active Arizona State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Fingerprint Clearance: Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Skills: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently during morning therapy blocks.
Mindset: Reliable, energetic, and passionate about supporting a small group of students on a consistent, weekly basis.
