Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Hayward, CA

Key Qualifications:

- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Support students’ communication development in both individual and small-group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support language and speech goals
- Adapt therapeutic techniques to meet diverse student needs
