Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time contract position with a collaborative school district in Fort Worth, Texas. We are looking for a dedicated SLPA to join our special education team and are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Assist the supervising SLP with student screenings and assessments (without clinical interpretation).
  • Follow and implement documented therapy plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Document student performance and progress toward goals, reporting back to the supervising SLP.
  • Prepare therapy materials and assist with clerical duties related to the speech program.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. (Please note: The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation does not issue SLPA licenses to candidates holding only an Associate's degree).
  • Active Texas SLPA license (issued by TDLR) is required (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the supervising SLP and school staff.
