Speech Pathology Assistant - Fort Lupton, CO

Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Experience working in school or healthcare settings as an SLPA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with young children

- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for speech and language interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool students under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and document progress
- Assist in developing engaging therapy activities tailored to each child’s needs
- Support ongoing evaluation by collecting data and maintaining thorough records
- Communicate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families regarding student progress
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
