- Ability to track student progress and provide timely feedback
- Organization, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech-language therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, per student IEPs and SLP guidance
- Prepare instructional materials and adapt activities to individual needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support classroom teachers and collaborate with school staff
- Assist with screenings and assessments under SLP supervision
- Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
