Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Fort Bragg, NC

Essential Qualifications:
- Valid, active North Carolina SLPA license—required to be considered
- Experience in school settings as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant is highly desirable
- Flexibility to provide services across different grade levels and campuses
- Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple sites efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to support students with varying communication needs
- Collaborative working style with teachers, families, and supervising SLPs
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Able to commit to onsite work; remote not available for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language intervention to students under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Document and report student progress accurately, maintaining all records per district and state requirements
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and implementation of IEP goals
- Support communication between staff, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Travel between assigned schools to ensure consistent, quality service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
