School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Corona, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience supporting children in educational or healthcare settings
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of IEP implementation and progress monitoring
- Comfortable working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to student success
- SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) unfortunately cannot be considered for these roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLPs
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect data and contribute to progress reports for student goals
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs
- Prepare and organize therapy materials appropriate for elementary/middle school levels
- Support students in group and one-on-one sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
