Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – School-Based | Elementary & Middle School | 35 hrs/week | 2026–2027 School Year | Dixon, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district team in Dixon for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across elementary and middle school settings while receiving strong supervision and mentorship from an experienced SLP.
Position Details:
Full-time: 35 hours per week
Pay range: $37–$45/hour
2026–2027 school year
Elementary and middle school caseload
Strong SLP supervision provided
Supportive special education and multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
Support students working toward IEP goals
Assist with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervising SLP
Help create engaging and effective therapy sessions
Qualifications:
Active California SLPA license (or eligibility)
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively
Passion for supporting student communication development
