Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with supervising SLP and educational staff
- Gather and prepare materials for speech and language therapy sessions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist in classroom settings to promote communication skills in group and individual formats
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as assigned
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment to help students achieve their communication goals
