Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Rochester, NH

Key Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience in a school setting, especially with autism and AAC devices, preferred
- Ability to provide individualized, compassionate support to young learners
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to a Kindergarten student in consultation with an SLP
- Implement and reinforce individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support and monitor use of the student’s AAC device in classroom and social settings
- Track progress, collect data, and report to supervising SLP and educational team
- Foster a nurturing environment encouraging communication, participation, and self-advocacy
