Qualifications:
- Current, active Florida DOE certification is required
- Experience serving Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with licensed SLPs
- Adaptability and organizational strengths for managing diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supervising SLPs to implement therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to students individually or in groups
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session activities
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication goals
- Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as needed
- Support students in integrating speech/language skills into their daily school environments
