Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Elk River, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLPA license in hand (applications pending licensure will not be considered)
- Dual certification required; please ensure both SLPA license and certifications are presented in resume/PDF
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, comfortable working with diverse student populations and educational teams
- Passion for student success and effective communication
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services as directed by supervising SLPs, supporting students’ IEP goals
- Assist with screenings, documentation, progress monitoring, and implementation of therapy activities
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other specialists to best support each student’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards at all times
- Contribute to a dynamic, caring learning atmosphere at Northdale Middle School (0.7 FTE) and Andover Elementary/High School
